Been out on a short trip into the dark cold night today, and also played a little with light sources of various kinds. More of that tomorrow, though, so stay tuned.

The other side of the mathematicians’ swimming pool

Today is a good day, for more than one reason. First of all, it’s friday. And i have almost no homework to do during the next two days, last weekend sure taught me a lesson. On top of that, the weather is once more quite good (before completely crashing down into nasty autumn, i assume), blue sky (as you can see above), sunshine, let’s hope it stay’s clear like that until dusk, then i can go hunt reflections again.
And, on a sidenote: should i be struck by insanity (which i tend to do at times), i could actually afford a 12-month retainage payment on the camera i have set my eye on. well, could afford it if i disregard all other financial problems, that is. which, of course, i won’t do, since i’m considerate and all that boring grown up stuff.
